Hi I have members that have created listings but the map is showing “there are currently no results available to map”.
Any idea why they are not showing up?

1. Yes I am using BePro form builder. Which I am actually having problems with as well – I cannot see the form on the backend as it just displays a white page. I am also using BePro Software updates, and S2Member framework.

2. Shortcode I am using is [generate_map size=”4″ limit=’500′]

3. All listings have a lat and long value.

Just checked, and the issue still occurs when S2Member is deactivated. And even when all other plugins are deactivated as well.

Thanks for allowing us to take a look.

It seems the map is working in terms of showing the listing icons; However, the map tiles have been removed. This issue does not exist when one of the stock wordpress themes is activated (twentyforteen, twentyfifteen, etc).

In short, the theme contains css which is causing the issue. The issue would persist with any utilization of google maps, with or without BePro Listings installed. We have discussed this type of issue in our Troubleshooting tips under “Popular Issues”
