Hi,

After plugin installation, I find that the search fields of Category/Distance/Filter/Clear is horizontally aligned and framed with box. But, below this search box, the search field of Where/Name is vertically aligned and no box framed.

So, my question is, how can I have all these search fields horizontally aligned together? Thanks very much in advance for your kind help!
