Hi i have the same problem and dont see the username or password on the front end form ,thanks
Hi,
While editing the page or post where you would like to use the form, you will find a BePro button above the tinymce editor. Clicking it will reveal our shortcode builder.
Once the shortcode builder pops up, select the “Front end Form” drop down, then the resulting “Register” option. Lastly, click “Use Shortcode”.
Can you confirm if the instructions above, reveal the registration options on your front end form?
