Please help with the CSV upload feature. I have tried everything. The downloaded file from the website does not work when testing the CSV upload feature.

I am on a Mac. When I upload the file nothing happens and I am sent back to the BePro Listings Options General tab.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Which file did you download and from which website? Can you share a link? Is it the following?

Can you share the status of your installation under the BePro Listings->bpl status admin menu? Are there any errors?
