Hi If i take the gold pack would it come with the feature where the visitor can contact from the list view page (as in the view where all the listings are displayed and he is able to contact directly by clicking on the mail icon) instead going into the listing details page and using contact us. Basically the contact us form has to be a pop-up form.
Can the contact form be configured and does it come with captcha?

The answer for both questions is no. We are working on a free captcha solution; However, it will not be ready for another week or two
