When I try to open the create form it just comes up with a blank page. Editing the form does the same thing. I have checked and I have asp tags turned on. How do I turn them off?

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like you have done some research.

This is typically a simple fix. I suggest contacting your server host. They will either do it for you or provide step by step documentation with pictures. If you are not able to find help through them, let us know
