I just moved my site to a better server, and have somehow lost the comments under the listings. I had to enable comments site-wide to see them on the previous host, and they are still showing as enabled in wordpress settings/discussion. I uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it. I resaved permalinks. I unchecked and saved to remove comment ability across the site, then renabled and saved comment ability across the site. Comments are still not showing up for my listings.

Well, a few hours later, I decide to go drastic and turn everything off, turn on bepro listings and discover I’d been somehow missing the comments yes/no box! That is now enabled, comments are again visible, and I’m returning the site to full functionality. . . sorry to bother you.

No bother at all. Thanks for posting this issue and resolution in the forums. At the very least, posts like these provide valuable documentation for other users who eventually run into similar issues.
