No, we have not found anything. We have not been able to replicate the issue. Does it persist with one of the stock themes e.g. twentythirteen?

Okay, so this did solve the problem I was experiencing. However now I am facing a new one. When I try to Edit or Create A New Form, I am left with a screen that just says “Form Looks Good!”

I am not able to see the editor?

Hi, I noticed another issue. The Listing Details are showing correctly for any of my formor listings.

But I used another login and created a new listing and now on the new listing, the details are screwed up again. They still show perfectly normal on the original 2 I had in the system, but not on the new one.

Please edit the Form Builder plugin and share a screenshot of the resulting page. It should show the filenames in the right column as stated in the troubleshooting article.

Thanks a lot for your patience.

In the screenshot, you can see that there is a “_1” in the plugin file path. This was caused during your upgrade and is an issue. This can happen with any wordpress plugin you upgrade via zip file. This is why we provide BePro Software Updates.

As discussed in our troubleshooting documentation article, you must delete the plugin 100%. Refresh the page and confirm that the plugin is completely removed, then re-install. The goal is to make sure that the “_1” is removed from the file path
