The categories must already exist and you would use their IDs instead of names

When you say ID do you mean the ‘Name’ or ‘Slug’ as mentioned in the red circles on this screen shot from the categories section:

If neither, please confirm where I can obtain the category ID from.

Hi,

There are two simple ways to find the Category Id

1) While editing a category, it will be displayed at the end of the url.
2) On the edit category page, while hovering your mouse over a category, the ID will show up.
