    Hi

    Regarding bulk CSV uploads:

    I want to show the first line street address and I’ve inserted that in a column with correct heading, but it doesn’t display if the latitude and longitude is not inserted.

    So I’ve inserted a latitude and longitude which is: -25,9992 28.1264

    But now nothing is displaying. At first I forgot the “-” sign in the longitude and the map and address displayed (and the map ended in Egypt, should be South Africa).

    Now it seems that the map doesn’t read the “-” sign or what can it be?

    Am I doing something wrong? Or is there a way to display the street address without the map (without having to insert the latitude and longitude?)?

    Hi,

    You should never have to insert the longitude or latitude. You must enter the country and postal/zip. Let us know what happens when you add that information to your csv

    Aww thanks that helped! I didn’t know. I was struggling for two days (Eventually I changed a template file so that the FIRST NAME read ADDRESS and inserted the addresses in a first_name column – hehe).
