Hi,
I noticed that a new listings image over rides previously listed items image over and over everytime new listing is done. I checked from different devises and noticed this happens when the listing image is uploaded from a mobile devise. When I upload listing images from my laptop or desktop, it is remains fine; it doesn’t over ride others or get over ridden by uploads from mobile. Any thoughts on this.September 12, 2015 at 1:07 pm #6808BePro Software TeamKeymasterHi,
Thanks for alerting us to the issue.
Your situation is new to us and unfortunately we have no suggestions. The plugin should never operate differently regardless of device. If fact, storage of images is done via php, so the end user device cannot affect its processing.
Via the frontend, you will see a list of upload slots. The first image slot will always be set as the primary image. If you are uploading images via the admin, you can specify the primary image.
Maybe the issue has to do with how your mobile device interprets html. Try testing with other devices to confirm

BePro Software TeamOctober 2, 2015 at 11:31 am #6977paulosMemberLike you said, this situation is from the devise because I tried it from laptop, desktop and phone again. The Upload from phone creates the mess where as all other uploads are fine. I also noticed that it is the third or the last image upload that overrides the rest of the images on the same listing and all previous listings done only from mobile. Uploads with that problem can not even be corrected from the back end admin panel. Obviously, if it is the devise, then it is a major flow and I hope you find the some solution because I expect uploads to be from phones. I am literally about to give up after I spent 8 months trying to understand your product and today your form builder updated and the update kept on saying error so I had to remove the old and upload new one which resulted in lose of all my forms.
October 2, 2015 at 1:10 pm #6980BePro Software TeamKeymasterHello,
Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues.
As noted earlier, the same code is executed for all devices. I would suggest testing with other mobile devices. I would also suggest that you return to a stock wordpress theme (twentythirteen, twentyfifteen, etc) and deactivate all plugins not created by the BePro Software Team during your testing. If you continue to experience issues, let us know
If you are experiencing issues with the Form Builder, then you should contact us. We would have been happy to investigate the error for FREE. Its impossible for us to diagnose, fix and improve the product without a chance to examine the issues. Your experience is unique and could be caused by any number of factors
No one should take 8 months to learn anything we offer. 1hr of product support, 1hr of consultation or 1 month of a basic subscription membership, usually answers all questions for most users. We offer several resources beyond documentation to help you get setup. I would suggest engaging one or all of these options before you give up.
Months after your purchase, we are still here offering updates and support. Both BePro Listings and the Form Builder have evolved over the past 8 months. If there is any other way we can help you to succeed, share it with us.

BePro Software TeamOctober 3, 2015 at 4:51 pm #6992paulosMemberHi,
If this info helps, I tried uploading from an android mobile and it works fine. I tried Ipad and two different I phones using different browsers. So far the problem is when the uploads is from an apple product or IOS. I haven’t tried apple laptops yet but uploads from an apple tablet and iPhone created the overriding problem. I made several uploads to make sure I am correct from a Samsung mobile and apple and I am almost certain. I really appreciate your support and for getting me closer to my target. I hope you will update me on your investigation as I have committed to different variable marketing costs to promote the website I have in mind to start with.
Thank you very muchOctober 4, 2015 at 10:27 am #6996BePro Software TeamKeymasterHi,
Thanks for the added details. This helps us to understand why we have not heard of this scenario before. It could be the phone itself, the browser software on the phone, or the version of the operating system that you are using.
We will add this to our list of potential issues and update this post if a solution is found.
