The export functionality doesn’t work. The addon plugin is uploaded in WordPress. The button appears on the frontend and does nothing when clicked.

You are right, thanks for alerting us. We have fixed the issue and released a new version. You can either

1. Delete the current version and download the new version from your My Account page
2. If you have BePro Software Updates setup, a new version should be available on your plugins page

The issue was caused because of a recent upgrade to the BePro Listings search features.

Hi,
Have now installed the Software Updates. However, there is no update for Export, still showing version 1.0.0. The button appears on the frontend and does nothing when clicked. There is no button on the backend.

Have you setup BePro Software Updates? Specifically, have you entered a valid username and password? Ultimately, the new version of BePro Listings Exports is available on your My Accounts page

Have now installed the Software Updates with username and password.
The export produced all the column headings into one cell. For example, all information has be place in cell A1.
Should they be in their own columns as in you sample export?

Hello,

All csv files have a delimiter which is used to separate the fields into columns. The setting for this is in the admin. The application you are using to import the csv file, must be told to separate the fields based on the delimiter.

For example, the export feature on our demo site uses the “~” character as a delimiter

Hi,

I have gone to BePro Listings > Addons > Export tab and changed the delimiter from ~ to ,
This has exported the information in separate cells.
